Wisconsin is only 1 of three states in our country where the citizens can not start a state wide referendum. “NORML” Jeff, field activist with Northern Wisconsin NORML started a petition (Legalize state wide referendums in Wisconsin) using www.signon.org so we the citizens of the state of Wisconsin can vote on matters we feel need to be addressed.
